Advances Do Not Constitute a Waiver. No Loan made by Lender shall constitute a waiver of any of the conditions to Lender’s obligation to make further Loans nor, in the event the Borrower fails to satisfy any such condition, shall any such Loan have the effect of precluding Lender from thereafter declaring such failure to satisfy a condition to be an Event of Default.
