Advances for Expenses of Manager and Officers. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in Section 17 hereof, the Company may advance money to any Manager or officer of the Company for any expenses reasonably anticipated to be incurred in the performance of the duties of such Manager or officer, provided that in the absence of such advance such Manager or officer would be entitled to be reimbursed for such expenses by this Company or any subsidiary of this Company.
