Advances For Resort Component. The (i) full amount of all Project Costs allocated pursuant to the Project Budget to the Resort Component and (ii) portion of the Project Costs allocated pursuant to the Project Budget to the FF&E Component which are to be funded from Resort Component Funding Sources pursuant to Section 2.5.1(a)(iii) above shall be made from the following sources and in the following order of priority:
