Advances, repayment of advances and interest. 1.1 You must repay by instalments, the total of all advances made in accordance with this agreement (and if we agree to make them, any further advances) together with interest at the times and in the amounts set out in a disclosure statement. You will find the initial disclosure statement in the Loan Details.
