Advancing Loans; Minimum Amounts. The Borrower shall deliver to the Administrative Agent a Notice of Borrowing with respect to each proposed Borrowing, such Notice of Borrowing to be delivered no later than noon (Central time) on the fifth (5th) Business Day prior to such proposed Borrowing. Once given, a Notice of Borrowing shall be irrevocable and the Borrower shall be bound thereby. Each request for a Loan shall be in a minimum amount of $1,000,000 and, if in excess of such amount, in an integral multiple of $1,000,000 in excess thereof.
