Advantage Options Clause Samples

Advantage Options. The Advantage Securities do not include any unexercised, uncanceled or unexpired stock options or warrants to purchase shares of Company Common Stock that any Seller or any other entity that is affiliated with the Sellers owns as of the date hereof or hereafter acquires (the "Advantage Options"), all of which shall be retained by Sellers and such affiliated entities. Sellers agree that they will not, and they will cause their affiliates not to, exercise any of the Advantage Options until the earlier of termination of this Agreement or December 31, 2003.
