Common use of Adverse Action or Proceeding Clause in Contracts

Adverse Action or Proceeding. Provider shall not use any funds awarded by The Children’s Trust, under this Contract or otherwise, for legal fees, or any legal or other such actions, including, but not limited to, active investigations that Provider is a party or witness. Any such use by Provider shall be a material breach of this Contract.

Any such use by Provider shall be a material breach of this Contract.
