Common use of Adverse Impact on the Products Clause in Contracts

Adverse Impact on the Products. Each party shall notify the other party's Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance Officer or other designee as soon as reasonably practicable of all actions or anticipated actions by any regulatory authority, that could adversely affect the manufacture, marketing, distribution or sale of the Product. Each party shall promptly provide copies to the other party of all reports, citations, violations, warnings and deficiencies received by such party in connection with the Products.
