Adverse Legal Challenge. (i) If, as of the Delivery Date, Buyer determines that its obligations under the Transaction are or may be prohibited due to an Adverse Legal Challenge, then Buyer shall Notify Seller of the Adverse Legal Challenge and explain the application to the Affected Transaction and the Delivery Date shall be extended to the Longstop Date, such that Buyer does not have an obligation to Receive the Product with respect to each Affected Transaction to the extent prevented by the Adverse Legal Determination.
