Common use of Advertisement Clause in Contracts

Advertisement. The Borrower hereby authorizes each of JPMorgan Chase to publish the name of the Borrower and the amount of the financing evidenced hereby in any “tombstone” or comparable advertisement which JPMorgan Chase elects to publish. In addition, the Borrower agrees that JPMorgan Chase may provide lending industry trade organizations with information necessary and customary for inclusion in league table measurements after the Effective Date.

Advertisement.
