Common use of Advertising and Branding Clause in Contracts

Advertising and Branding. 12.1 The BID Company and the Council shall seek to reach agreement on when the logo of each party shall be shown on advertising and branding material in respect of the joint projects of the parties and for this purpose the Council and the BID Company shall provide details regarding the size of their logo and guidelines for its use.
