ADVERTISING AND ENDORSEMENT. Contractor understands and acknowledges that neither OSOS nor the State of Washington are endorsing Contractor’s services or suggesting that such services are the best or only solution to their needs. Accordingly, Contractor further represents and warrants that Contractor shall make no reference to OSOS or the State of Washington in any promotional material without the prior written consent of OSOS.
