Contractor understands and acknowledges that neither WSAC nor the State of Washington are endorsing Contractor’s services or suggesting that such services are the best or only solution to their needs. Accordingly, Contractor further represents and warrants that Contractor shall make no reference to WSAC or the State of Washington in any promotional material without the prior written consent of WSAC.
