Common use of ADVERTISING AND PUBLICATIONS Clause in Contracts

ADVERTISING AND PUBLICATIONS. The Provider shall not publish any statement, news release, or advertisement pertaining to this Agreement without the prior written approval of the Agreement Administrator. Should this Agreement be funded, in whole or in part, by Federal funds, then in compliance with the Xxxxxx’s Amendment, it will be clearly stated when issuing statements, press releases, requests for proposals, bid solicitations, and other documents: (1) the percentage of the total cost that was financed with Federal moneys; and (2) the dollar amount of Federal funds.
