Advertising and Use of Name. Buyer agrees that it shall not use the Seller’s name or logo, nor any adaptation or variation thereof, in any manner whatsoever (including, but not limited to, website(s), press releases, reference lists, or similar public announcements), without the Seller’s prior written consent in each instance.
