Common use of Advertising by Lenders Clause in Contracts

Advertising by Lenders. At Administrative Agent’s request and at Borrower’s expense, Borrower shall erect and maintain on the Property one or more advertising signs approved by Administrative Agent indicating that the construction financing for the Property has been provided by Lenders.
