Advertising Contracts. Section 4(x) of the Disclosure Schedule lists those Advertising Contracts and the daily value of such Advertising Contracts as of November 3, 1997. Other than to employees of the Company or as disclosed in Section 4(x) of the Disclosure Schedule, no commission or other form of renumeration is paid by the Company with respect to Advertising Contracts. No party to any Advertising Contract has indicated to the Company within the past year that it will stop or decrease the rate of advertising.
