Common use of Advertising Contracts Clause in Contracts

Advertising Contracts. Section 2(u) of the Disclosure Schedule lists those Advertising Contracts and the daily value of such Advertising in Contracts as of August 11, 1997. Other than to employees of the Seller or the Stations or as disclosed in Section 2(u) of the Disclosure Schedule, no commission or other form of renumeration is paid by the Seller with respect to Advertising Contracts and any renumeration so listed shall be paid by Seller.
