Advertising Material. Subject to the provisions of Section VIII(D)(4), during the term of this Agreement, Company or its Affiliates shall be responsible for approving all promotional, sales and advertising material to be used by Broker. Company or its Affiliates shall file such materials or shall cause such materials to be filed with the SEC, NASD, and any applicable state insurance and securities regulatory authorities, as required.
