ADVERTISING MATTER. The Exhibitor may distribute, only within the confines of its stand, hand bills or other printed advertising matter with respect to its exhibit. The Organiser reserves the right to prohibit the distribution of any advertising material for any reason whatsoever.

ADVERTISING MATTER. Exhibit Management reserves the right to prohibit distribution of souvenirs, advertising matter, or any other materials. Distribution from anywhere other than within Exhibitor's space is forbidden.
ADVERTISING MATTER. The Organiser may prohibit the distribution of any advertising material for any reason whatsoever. Any form of advertisement by an Exhibitor is strictly limited to the Exhibitor’s Allocated Space. Exhibitors are prohibited from hanging banners from the ceiling unless they have paid the Organiser the relevant advertisement cost for the said banners. The Organiser shall issue a press release in relation to the Conference and undertake any form of advertisement for the Conference as it may decide in its sole discretion. The Exhibitors are permitted to hold promotions for their exhibits during the Conference provided that they have obtained the Organiser’s prior written approval in respect of the scope and duration of such promotions, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld.
ADVERTISING MATTER. You agree that Guelph Yoga and Wellness Festival may use your name, biography, photographs and other likenesses, trademarks and trade names of yours in connection with advertising, promotions, and publicizing of the Event. We have the right to use your name for the duration of the Term. The Event produces an online registration page for ticket sales, highlighting individual Exhibits and Instructors.

  • Advertising Materials 1. Open Ecosystem Partner may add its own material to the information supplied by either indirectly by Distributor or directly by SAP, solely for the purposes of Open Ecosystem Partner's own marketing activities.   • Advertising and Marketing The Parties agree not to use the name of the other Party or make any reference to the other Party without the prior written consent of the other Party (which may be via email) in any advertising or marketing materials. Any proposed use of the name of a Party must be submitted in writing for agreement and prior approval. The Parties may elect to collaborate to prepare pre-approved marketing for the Aggregator or for the Competitive Supplier to utilize during the Term of this ESA without approval for each usage.
