Common use of Advertising of Tenant Clause in Contracts

Advertising of Tenant. With the exception of national or regional advertising, Tenant, at its sole expense, agrees to refer to the Entire Premises by the name provided in Section 1.02.1, if one is so provided, in designating the location of the Premises in all local newspapers or other advertising, stationery, other printed material and in all other references to location, and to include the address and identity of its business activity in the Premises in all advertisements made by Tenant for its operation at the Entire Premises.
