Common use of Advertising the Premises for Subletting Clause in Contracts

Advertising the Premises for Subletting. Tenant shall not print, publish, post, mail, display, broadcast or otherwise advertise or offer the whole or any part of the Premises for purposes of assignment, sublet, transfer or encumbrance, and shall not permit any broker or other party to do any of the foregoing, unless the complete text and format of any notice, advertisement or offer for any of the aforesaid purposes shall have first been approved in writing by Landlord. Without in any way restricting or limiting Landlord's right to refuse any text and format on other grounds, any text and format proposed by Tenant shall not contain any reference to the rental rate for the Premises.
