Advice addressed to Company. The Manager shall ensure that all advice and opinions it obtains for the purposes of this Agreement are addressed to the Company and to the Manager, and may be relied upon by the Company. Provided that this clause shall not apply to any advice or opinion obtained by the Manager in connection with a bona fide dispute with the Company.
