Purchaser acknowledges that, at the time of execution of this Agreement, Seller has advised Purchaser by this writing that Purchaser should have the abstract covering the Property examined by an attorney of Purchaser's own selection or that Purchaser should be furnished with or should obtain a policy of title insurance.
