Advice of Attorneys. The parties acknowledge that they have fully read, understood and unconditionally accepted this Agreement after consulting with their attorneys or having the opportunity to consult with an attorney, and acknowledge that this Agreement is mutual and binding upon all parties hereto regardless of the extent of damages allegedly suffered by any of the parties hereto.
