Common use of Advice of Experts Clause in Contracts

Advice of Experts. The Trustee may act or not act and rely or not rely, and shall be protected in acting or not acting and relying or not relying in good faith, on the opinion, advice or information (including the Opinion of Counsel) obtained from any counsel, auditor, valuer, engineer, surveyor or other expert, whether obtained by the Trustee or by the Corporation, and, if acting in good faith, may rely as to the truth of the statements and the accuracy of the opinions expressed in any report or opinion furnished by such Person and may obtain such assistance as may be necessary to the proper determination and discharge of its duties and may pay proper and reasonable compensation for all such legal and other advice or assistance as aforesaid, including the disbursements of any legal or other advisor or assistants.
