Advice or Information Regarding Duty Drawback or Duty Deferral Programs. Upon request from an importer in its territory, or an exporter or producer in the territory of another Party, a Party shall, within a reasonable timeframe, provide advice or information relevant to the facts contained in the request on the application of duty drawback or duty deferral programs that reduce, refund, or waive customs duties.
