Common use of Advice, Time to Consider and Revocation Clause in Contracts

Advice, Time to Consider and Revocation. Employee is hereby advised to consult with an attorney prior to executing this Agreement. Employee hereby represents that he had a period of twenty-one (21) days within which to consider the terms and conditions of this Agreement and whether or not to execute it. In addition, for a period of seven (7) days following Employee's execution of this Agreement, he has the right to revoke this Agreement, and no portion of this Agreement shall become effective or enforceable until such revocation period has expired.
