Advices of Transactions. Copies of all advices from the Authorized Depository of transfers of Property for the account of the Bank, as custodian for the Company, shall be maintained for the Company by the Bank for a period not less than that required by Rules 31a-1 and 31a-2 under the Act and shall be provided to the Company at its request. Upon request, the Bank shall furnish the Company with written confirmation of each transfer to or from the account of the Bank, as custodian for the Company, in the form of monthly transaction sheets reflecting the previous month's transactions in the Authorized Depository for the account of the Bank, as custodian for the Company.
