Advise Workers about a Person with a History of Violent Behaviours. The Employer and the Union recognize the employer’s obligation under section 25(2)(h) to take every precaution reasonable to protect workers and 32.0.5(3) of the OHSA to provide information, including personal information to a worker related to a risk of workplace violence from a person with a history of violent behaviour, where it is expected that the worker will encounter said person.
