Common use of Advisor Acquisition Fees Clause in Contracts

Advisor Acquisition Fees. The Company will pay the Advisor, as compensation for services rendered in connection with the investigation, selection and acquisition (by purchase, investment or exchange) of Properties, Advisor Acquisition Fees in an amount equal to 2.0% of Gross Proceeds, other than Gross Proceeds from Stock purchased under the Reinvestment Plan, payable by the Company upon the Company's receipt of Gross Proceeds; provided that upon termination of this Agreement, the Advisor will be obligated to reimburse the Company for any Advisor Acquisition Fee that has not been allocated to the purchase price of Company Properties as provided for in Section 5.2 of the Charter.
