Advisor and Organizer. If there is no Advisor designated on Exhibit D, the Organizer shall have the powers and authorities to make any decisions or directions to which the Administrator as needed by the Fund.

Certification Regarding Business with Certain Countries and Organizations Pursuant to Subchapter F, Chapter 2252, Texas Government Code, PROVIDER certifies it is not engaged in business with Iran, Sudan, or a foreign terrorist organization. PROVIDER acknowledges this Purchase Order may be terminated if this certification is or becomes inaccurate.
Organizer Operator shall be the “Organizer” for the School, as that term is defined in IC § 20-24-1-7 and used in IC § 20-25.7-3-5, and shall be responsible for the operations of the School.
