Advisory Arbitration Panel. In the event FHSU-AAUP requests, in writing, or the President determines additional input on a grievance issue is needed, the President will convene an advisory arbitration panel of three (3) members. The request for review, however, must be presented as outlined in Step V, infra. The Advisory Arbitration panel will be selected as follows:
