Common use of Advisory Fees Clause in Contracts

Advisory Fees. There is no investment banker, broker, finder or other intermediary or advisor that has been retained by or is authorized to act on behalf of Repco, Shareholders or their Affiliates who might be entitled to any fee, commission or reimbursement of expenses from Buyer or any of its Affiliates or any of their respective Associates upon consummation of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.

Advisory Fees. There is no investment banker, broker, finder or other intermediary or advisor that has been retained by or is authorized to act on behalf of Repco, Shareholders or their Affiliates Buyer who might be entitled to any fee, commission or reimbursement of expenses from Buyer Trans Mart or any of its Affiliates or any of their respective Associates upon consummation of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.

Advisory Fees. There is no investment banker, broker, finder or other intermediary or advisor that has been retained by or is authorized to act on behalf of RepcoSellers, Shareholders Stockholders or their Affiliates who might be entitled to any fee, commission or reimbursement of expenses from Buyer or any of its Affiliates or any of their respective Associates upon consummation of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.

Advisory Fees. There is no investment banker, broker, finder or other intermediary or advisor that has been retained by or is authorized to act on behalf of Repco, Shareholders or their Affiliates Buyer who might be entitled to any fee, commission or reimbursement of expenses from Buyer the Company or Stockholder any of its his Affiliates or any of their respective Associates upon consummation of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.

There is no investment banker, broker, finder or other intermediary or advisor that has been retained by or is authorized to act on behalf of RepcoPurchaser, Shareholders or their Affiliates who might be entitled to any fee, commission or reimbursement of expenses from Buyer Purchaser or any of its Affiliates or any of their respective Associates Associates, upon consummation of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.

There is no investment banker, broker, finder or other intermediary or advisor that has been retained by or is authorized to act on behalf of RepcoSeller, Shareholders or their Affiliates who might be entitled to any fee, commission or reimbursement of expenses from Buyer Seller, or any Affiliate or Associate of its Affiliates or any of their respective Associates Seller, upon consummation of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.

There is no investment banker, broker, finder or other intermediary or advisor that has been retained by or is authorized to act on behalf of Repco, Shareholders or their Affiliates Buyer who might be entitled to any fee, commission or reimbursement of expenses from Buyer or any of its Affiliates Holding Company, Rheochem, Shareholders or any of their respective Associates Affiliates upon consummation of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.

Advisory Fees. There is no investment banker, broker, finder or other intermediary or advisor that has been retained by or is authorized to act on behalf of Repco, Shareholders or their Affiliates Buyer who might be entitled to any fee, commission or reimbursement of expenses from Buyer or any of its Affiliates Sellers or any of their respective Associates Affiliates upon consummation of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.

There is no investment banker, broker, finder or other intermediary or advisor that has been retained by or is authorized to act on behalf of RepcoSeller, Shareholders the Stockholder or their Affiliates who might be entitled to any fee, commission or reimbursement of expenses from Buyer or any of its Affiliates Buyer, ATC or any of their respective Associates Affiliates upon consummation of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.

There is no investment banker, broker, finder or other intermediary or financial advisor that has been retained by or is authorized to act on behalf of Repco, Shareholders or their Affiliates Purchaser who might be entitled to any fee, commission or reimbursement of expenses from Buyer or any of its Affiliates or any of their respective Associates upon consummation of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.
