Common use of Advisory Information Clause in Contracts

Advisory Information. In those cases in which CAJASUR provides an investment advisory service, CAJASUR will provide the retail CLIENT with a detailed report including a summary of the advice provided and an explanation of the reasons the recommendation is suitable for the CLIENT, including the way it responds to the CLIENT’s personal objectives and circumstances referring to the investment period required, to the CLIENT’s knowledge and experience, and his/her attitude towards risk and capacity to take losses.
