Common use of Aegea Field Clause in Contracts

Aegea Field. Subject to Section 4.3(d), Aegea shall have the sole right to bring and control any action or proceeding with respect to infringement of any Joint Patent in the Aegea Field, at its own expense and by counsel of its own choice.
