AER’s Decision is Conclusive. ‌ The AER’s decision to allow a proposed variation in Reference Tariffs will be binding and conclusive on Network Users as to the Reference Tariffs that apply to Reference Services. Network Users will not have the right to challenge or otherwise dispute the Reference Xxxxxxx as allowed from time to time by the AER or the basis on which those Reference Tariffs were calculated or determined.
