AESTHETIC REQUIREMENTS. Network Provider shall comply with the requirements of the City’s Public Right- of-Way Management Ordinance and Design Manual concerning Collocating its Network Nodes on any Service Pole, as the City’s Public Right-of-Way Management Ordinance and Design Manual are published and amended from time to time. Compliance is to be with the City’s Public Right-of-Way Management Ordinance and Design Manual in effect at the time of the Application for Collocation of a Network Node on a Service Pole Location.
