Common use of Aesthetics Clause in Contracts

Aesthetics. Tenant will not attach any awnings, signs, displays or projections to the outside or inside walls or windows of the Building which are visible from outside the Premises without Landlord's prior written approval, which may be withheld in Landlord's sole discretion. Tenant will use only Building Standard lighting in areas where such lighting is visible from outside the Building.
