Common use of Affairs and Facilities Clause in Contracts

Affairs and Facilities. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the University reserves the sole and exclusive right to operate and manage its affairs and facilities in all respects as it sees fit, including the right to hire, discipline or discharge for just and sufficient cause, and to make and alter from time to time rules and regulations to be observed by the employees, except that this right shall not supersede any other express provisions of this Agreement.
