Common use of Affidavit of Completion Clause in Contracts

Affidavit of Completion. Borrower, within ten (10) days after construction of the Improvements has been completed, shall file in the appropriate records in the county in which the Land is situated an Affidavit of Completion (“Affidavit of Completion”) in the form of Exhibit D attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference.
