Common use of Affidavits Clause in Contracts

Affidavits. If the Purchaser’s Title Commitment discloses judgments, bankruptcies or other returns against other persons having names the same as or similar to that of Seller, Seller, on request, shall deliver to the Title Company affidavits showing that such judgments, bankruptcies or other returns are not against Seller.

Affidavits. If the Purchaser’s Title Commitment discloses judgments, bankruptcies or other returns against other persons having names the same as or similar to that of Seller, then Seller, on upon request, shall deliver to the Purchaser’s Title Company affidavits showing affidavits, in form reasonably acceptable to Purchaser’s Title Company and to Seller, stating that such judgments, bankruptcies or other returns are not against such Seller.. In addition, at Closing, Seller shall deliver an Owner’s Affidavit in the form attached hereto as Exhibit C.
