Affidavits. If Consultant does not have employees, Consultant shall sign the "No Employee Affidavit" attached hereto. If Consultant wishes to verify the lawful presence of newly hired employees who perform work under the Agreement via the Department Program, Consultant shall sign the "Department Program Affidavit" attached hereto.
