Affiliate and Subcontractor Compliance. Bank shall cause its Affiliates and subcontractors performing services in connection with the Program to comply with the terms of this Agreement applicable to them or to the extent Bank has delegated any of its rights and obligations to such Affiliate or subcontractors.
