Common use of Affiliate Directorships Clause in Contracts

Affiliate Directorships. You agree to resign as a Director, Manager or similar positions of all Affiliates of the Company of which you are a director, a manager or a similar position on or before the Termination Date, by signing the resignation letter(s) that the Company or any Affiliate shall submit to you.
