Common use of Affiliate Letters Clause in Contracts

Affiliate Letters. The Company shall have delivered or caused to be delivered to Amazxx.xxx xx Affiliate Letter substantially in the form of Exhibit 4.13 from each of those Persons who were, on the date on which the requisite number of consents has been obtained to approve the Merger, "affiliates" of the Company within the meaning of Rule 145 of the rules and regulations promulgated under the Securities Act.

Affiliate Letters. The Company shall have delivered or caused to be delivered to Amazxx.xxx xx Affiliate Letter substantially in the form of attached hereto as Exhibit 4.13 4.18. from each of those Persons who were, on at the record date for the Company's stockholders meeting (or the date on which the requisite number of consents has been obtained obtained) to approve the Merger, "affiliates" of the Company within the meaning of Rule 145 of the rules and regulations promulgated under the Securities Act.

Affiliate Letters. The Company shall have delivered or caused to be delivered to Amazxx.xxx xx Affiliate Letter substantially in the form of Exhibit 4.13 from each of those Persons who were, on the record date on for the stockholders' meeting at which the requisite number Merger was approved or on the effective date of consents has been obtained to approve any stockholder consent approving the Merger, "affiliates" of the Company within the meaning of Rule 145 of the rules and regulations promulgated under the Securities Act.

Affiliate Letters. The Company shall have delivered or caused to be delivered to Amazxx.xxx xx Affiliate Letter substantially in the form of Exhibit 4.13 4.12 from each of those Persons who were, on the date on which the requisite number of consents or votes has been obtained to approve the Merger, "affiliates" of the Company within the meaning of Rule 145 of the rules and regulations promulgated under the Securities Act.

Affiliate Letters. The Company shall have delivered or caused to be delivered to Amazxx.xxx xx Affiliate Letter substantially in the form of attached hereto as Exhibit 4.13 4.16 from each of those Persons who were, on the date on which the requisite number of consents has been obtained to approve the Merger, "affiliates" of the Company within the meaning of Rule 145 of the rules and regulations promulgated under the Securities Act.

The Company shall have delivered or caused to be delivered to Amazxx.xxx xx XxxxXxx.xxx an Affiliate Letter substantially in the form of Exhibit 4.13 EXHIBIT 4.20 from each of those Persons who were, on the date on which the requisite number of consents or votes has been obtained to approve the Merger, "affiliates" of the Company within the meaning of Rule 145 of the rules and regulations promulgated under the Securities Act.
