Affiliate or subcontractor. The Foreign-owned Enterprise may engage its Affiliate or subcontractor to provide all or a part of the Support Services. The services provided by the Affiliate or subcontractor engaged by the Foreign-owned Enterprise shall be deemed as the Support Services provided by the Foreign-owned Enterprise in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
