Affiliate Orders. An Affiliate of Customer may execute an Order Form pursuant to this ESMA, and such Affiliate will be deemed to be the Customer for purposes of such Order Form, including being bound by the terms of this ESMA.
Affiliate Orders. (a) You and Your Affiliates may order Services from Superloop or its Affiliates by submitting a Service Order. Each Service Order will form a separate agreement to purchase the relevant Services subject to the terms of this Agreement.
(b) You will be the customer of record for all Services provided under this Agreement and, together with any of Your Affiliates that submit a Service Order, will be jointly and severally liable for all obligations set out in this Agreement, notwithstanding that the Service Order may be submitted by Your Affiliate or that the invoices for a Service may be sent to Your Affiliate.
(c) If Superloop (or a Superloop Affiliate) accepts a Service Order from Your Affiliate, then references in this Agreement to ‘Customer’ will be read as references to You and Your Affiliate.
(d) If a Superloop Affiliate accepts a Service Order, the Superloop Affiliate will be solely liable for that Service Order and references in this Agreement to Superloop will be read as references to that Superloop Affiliate.
Affiliate Orders. An Affiliate of Customer may enter its own Order(s) as mutually agreed with StreamSets. This creates a separate agreement between the Affiliate and StreamSets incorporating this Agreement with the Affiliate treated as “Customer”. Neither Customer nor any Customer Affiliate has any rights under each other’s agreement with StreamSets, and breach or termination of any such agreement is not breach or termination under any other.
Affiliate Orders. An Affiliate of Customer may enter its own Order(s) as mutually agreed with Dataiku. This creates a separate agreement between the Affiliate and Dataiku incorporating this Agreement with the Affiliate treated as “Customer”. Notwithstanding Section 17.2 (Dataiku Contracting Entity, Governing Law), Dataiku may specify a different Dataiku Contracting Entity and region-specific terms may also apply. Neither Customer nor any Customer Affiliate has any rights under each other’s agreement with Dataiku, and breach or termination of any such agreement is not breach or termination under any other.
Affiliate Orders. An Affiliate of Customer may enter its own Order(s) as mutually agreed with Collibra. This creates a separate agreement between the Affiliate and Collibra incorporating this Agreement with the Affiliate treated as “Customer”. Likewise, Collibra may enter into Orders through one or more of its Affiliates in which case such Collibra Affiliate will be treated as “Collibra”. Neither Customer nor any Customer Affiliate has any rights under each other’s agreement with Collibra (or Collibra Affiliate, as applicable), and breach or termination of any such agreement is not breach or termination under any other.
Affiliate Orders. An Affiliate of Customer may enter its own Order(s) as mutually agreed with Layer0. This creates a separate agreement between the Affiliate and Layer0 incorporating this Agreement with the Affiliate treated as “Customer”. Neither Customer nor any Customer Affiliate has any rights under each other’s agreement with Layer0, and breach or termination of any such agreement is not breach or termination under any other.
Affiliate Orders. An Affiliate of Customer may enter its own Order(s) and SOW(s) as mutually agreed with First AML. This creates a separate agreement between the Affiliate and First AML incorporating this Agreement with the Affiliate treated as “Customer”. Neither Customer nor any Customer Affiliate has any rights under each other’s agreement with First AML, and breach or termination of any such agreement is not breach or termination under any other.
Affiliate Orders. Your Affiliates located in the Territory may execute an Order subject to this Agreement and will be entitled to all the rights and be bound by all the obligations of you under this Agreement, any amendments whenever made, and the Order executed by the Affiliate. You will (a) remain obligated to perform your commitments (including payment obligations) under the Agreement with respect to any Products provided to your Affiliates; and (b) act as the single point-of- contact with us with respect to the Products provided to your Affiliates.
Affiliate Orders. An Affiliate of Customer may use the Solution by entering into its own Order(s) as agreed with Forward Networks. Each such Order creates a separate agreement between the Affiliate and Forward Networks which incorporates this Agreement, with the Affiliate treated as “Customer”. Neither Customer nor any Customer Affiliate has any rights or obligations under each other’s agreement with Forward Networks, and breach or termination of any agreement is not breach or termination under any other.
Affiliate Orders. An Affiliate of Customer may enter its own Order(s) as mutually agreed with Xxxx. This creates a separate agreement between the Affiliate and Miro incorporating this Agreement with the Affiliate treated as “Customer”. Neither Customer nor any Customer Affiliate has any rights under each other’s agreement with Miro, and breach or termination of any such agreement is not breach or termination under any other.
