Common use of Affiliate Payables Clause in Contracts

Affiliate Payables. Permit (a) the terms of any accounts payable due to any Affiliate or Subsidiary of any Borrower to be modified in any manner that is adverse to any Borrower, or (b) the amount of outstanding Receivables owing to the Borrowers from their Affiliates and Subsidiaries to exceed (x) $3,700,000 in the aggregate at any time during the period beginning on July 1, 2014 and ending on December 30, 2014, or (y) $2,500,000 in the aggregate at any time on or after December 31, 2014.
