Affiliate/Sublicensee Activities and Plans. MorphoSys shall include MorphoSys’ Affiliates’ and, to the extent permitted by the Sublicense, Sublicensees’ accomplishments and activities (past and planned) in MorphoSys Annual Development Report. Xencor recognizes that if and when MorphoSys grants a Sublicense, that thereafter MorphoSys shall not be required to provide Xencor with the same level of detail as before for MorphoSys’ Annual Development Report, provided, however, that it shall always contain [...***...].
